When a sticker is to be applied inside a window to show through it, the adhesive side cannot be printed and so the 'inside' is reverse printed to show through both the adhesive and the glass. Normally a backing wash colour (usually white) is required to show up the print, and this should be included in the number of colours to be printed. Artwork for an overall wash is not required.
Stickers can be cut to any number of shapes, we hold many circular knives together with ovals, triangles and rectangles, although most stickers can be effectively 'shaped' by shaping the back wash area where artwork would be needed.
Where a sticker is required to read both outside and inside the glass, all the print has to be on one side and must therefore be separated by silver sandwiched between two washes of white to ensure opacity, and thereby adding 3 print colours to the requirement.
Litho Printed Stickers We can also litho print four colour process pictures on stickers but only on quantities of 5,000 upwards.
