Samples of all our Products featured in the Online Shop are readily available by e-mail request to sales@imgen.co.uk

We reserve the right to decline requests for samples from non-business users.

Proof Samples of Custom Made Products

Where a made to order proof sample is required, normally against a quotation
we have supplied, the following charges apply to include delivery:

Polypropylene Binder or Box £50.00

PVC Binder £60.00

Paper over Board Binder £65.00

Cloth Binder £65.00

Paper over Board Binder & Slipcase £90.00

-Screen Printing, per Colour Please add £50.00

tooling required will be charged as quoted.

Sample charges are strictly pre-payable and are plus VAT

Refunds of Sample Costs

If the job goes ahead as quoted we refund as follows;

50% of all sample charges for an order over £500

100% of all sample charges for an order over £1,000

All tooling costs (ie they are not payable again)
