With a choice of materials, colours, size, printing, and punching, all explained below, you can specify with confidence for an immediate price. A set can consist of any number, but a flight not normally more than 20. A set of 20 could be in one flight of 20, 2 flights of 10 or 4 flights of 5. We can supply a print lay down for your artwork or create artwork from your list of titles.

Printing:-
Tabs only one side
Tabs only both sides
Tabs with main body (same print each body)
Tabs with main body ( different print each body)

PVC is normally blocked tabs only or screen
printed if main body involved. Card would be
litho printed and polypropylene screen printed.

Materials:-

PVC - Typically 200 micron, or 300 micron for heavy duty usage, lightweight yet tough, It needs no tab reinforcement. Available in 20 colours and ideal for printing tabs and main body.

CARD - Starting at 200 micron pulp board in 12 colours, any specification of cardboard is available and ideal for litho printing. Tabs usually need to be reinforced with Mylar laminate, which is itself available in clear or a choice of 15 colours.

POLYPROPYLENE - Due to it's strength but increased cost this is reserved for the extreme ends of the market. Either used as a very thin film for stationery grade dividers (See our web page Dividers - Stationery Products), or as an extra thick 500 micron sheet available in 6 basic colours plus the popular frosted clear.

Drilling: -2, 3 or 4 hole drilling to trade standard ring centres to fit your binder. Holes are normally 6.5mm diameter and 6.5mm from hole edge to divider edge.
